The need for a low energy refrigeration system

New demands are placed on refrigeration systems by the growing demand for fresh goods, prepared meals and chilled drinks in an environment where energy consumptions and C02 emissions are closely monitored. Our refrigeration systems ensure that the total energy usage for air conditioning and refrigeration are minimized thus limiting associated carbon emissions.

Uncomfortable store temperatures

Higher refrigeration loads have consequences for indoor store comfort. Ambient store temperatures are often too hot or too cold and are usually unstable. The cold store phenomenon arises when large amounts of heat are extracted by the system and rejected outside or conversely the system will heat up the premises when output is release in the building. Conventional solutions to these problems, such as fitting additional heating or cooling, are neither cost effective or energy efficient. Talk to Active about our Conveni-pack systems that have been developed to meet these requirements.
