Supply of Information

There is no guarantee that any e-mail you send will be received by Active. E-mail is not a secure form of communication and can be intercepted by third parties so e-mails sent to Active are not confidential. Any information sent by e-mail is done so at your own risk and you should carefully consider its sensitivity before transmitting it.

Data Protection

You understand and agree that any information you supply online may become part of the database held by Active in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 ("DPA"). The information supplied by you will be used for research and marketing purposes and may be updated by you at any time by contacting Active. Information about you will not be supplied to anyone unless we believe it is lawful to do so under the DPA.
